专利说明:
Brief indication: Middle conductor and method for forming a middle conductor The present invention relates to a center conductor and method for forming a center conductor. A center conductor serves to separate lanes. Center conductors occur both inside and outside built-up areas and are often used at intersections, roundabouts or bicycle and pedestrian crossings. A center conductor forms an increase with respect to the roadway. The center conductor can form a raised island relative to the roadway. The center conductor is often equipped with traffic engineering features such as traffic columns, reflectors or light points. A center conductor on the roadway increases road safety. A center conductor can serve to reduce the speed of the passing traffic, because the center conductor ensures an axis displacement of the roadway. A center conductor can form a boarding point for cyclists and pedestrians at a crossing point. A center conductor can form a disaster passage. A center conductor is usually formed from prefab concrete elements that can be placed on the road surface. The prefab concrete elements can be placed quickly, so there is less traffic disruption. The prefab concrete elements require less maintenance compared to a center conductor made of loose stones, because less weeds can grow. Moreover, the prefab concrete elements can be easily removable to clear the roadway, for example in connection with events. Because there are many different traffic situations, middle conductors in all sizes are required. Often a specific solution is needed for each specific traffic situation. This always requires a different dimensioning of the prefab concrete elements. Different molds with different anchor points are needed to manufacture the prefab elements, which increases the price. The present invention has for its object to at least partially overcome at least one of the abovementioned disadvantages, or to provide a useful alternative. In particular, the invention has for its object to provide a center conductor which is suitable for a large part of prevailing traffic situations. This object has been achieved with a center conductor according to claim 1. According to the invention, a center conductor is provided for separating carriageways, the center conductor having a flank profile around a peripheral edge which, in use, forms a transition to an adjacent carriageway. The center conductor has a length dimension in a longitudinal direction, which in use is parallel to a longitudinal direction of a roadway. In a width direction, which in use extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the roadway, the center conductor has a width dimension. According to the invention, the center conductor is formed by at least one segment selected from a group of segments comprising: - a head segment, which head segment comprises a rounded end in a longitudinal plan view at an end located at an end and at an opposite end located at an opposite end has a contact surface or flank profile, wherein the head segment has a head segment length. The head segment length is a multiple of half a meter, preferably 150 cm or 200 cm; - an intermediate segment, which intermediate segment in a longitudinal plan view has a head located end with a first abutment surface parallel to a second abutment surface at an opposite end head, the intermediate segment having an intermediate segment length. The intermediate segment length is a multiple of half a meter, preferably 100 cm; - an end segment, which end segment has, in a top longitudinal plan view, an end-facing end with an abutment surface parallel to an opposite end-facing end with a flank profile, the end segment having an end-segment length. The end segment length is a multiple of half a meter, preferably 100 cm. The center conductor has a total length dimension that is equal to the sum of the lengths of the at least one selected segment, the total length dimension being equal to a multiple of half a meter. If the center conductor is formed by only a head segment, then the total length dimension of the center conductor is equal to the head segment length, for example 150 cm. A segment preferably has a segment length of at least 1 m and at most 2 m. Due to the dimensions of the segments of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor can be supplied in many sizes and the center conductor is suitable for the most common traffic situations. A road administrator can always determine the length of the center conductor regardless of the width on whole and half meters. For the most common traffic situations, the center conductor can be composed of a limited number of segments. Advantageously, a producer of segments with a limited number of molds can produce the segments, whereby the cost price per segment can be reduced. In addition, a manufacturer can reuse existing molds for a center conductor with a different desired length size. A producer can use fixed anchor points in the mold for the production of different segments. It is possible to produce the segments with just two molds. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the total length of the center conductor is at least 150 cm. A total length dimension of the center conductor of 150 cm can be obtained by selecting a head segment with a head segment length of 150 cm, the head segment being provided with a flank profile all around. The invention is based on the insight that for the most common traffic situations a total length dimension for a modular center conductor with a lower limit of at least 150 cm is sufficient. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor is formed by the selection of two end segments. Advantageously, a center conductor with a rectangular contour as seen in top view can hereby be obtained. A calamity passage can advantageously be formed by the placement of two end segments. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the head segment has a head segment length of 150 cm or 200 cm. By selecting a single head segment, a center conductor can be obtained with a total length of 150 cm or 200 cm. In combination with at least one intermediate segment and / or an end segment with a length of one meter, by selecting a head segment with a length of 150 cm it is advantageously possible to obtain a center conductor with a total length dimension of a whole number of meters plus half a meter and by selecting a head segment with a length of 200 cm the advantage can be obtained of a center conductor with a total length measure of a whole number of meters. By having the head segment determine the total length of the center guide, a center guide can be assembled quickly and easily. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the intermediate segment has an intermediate segment length of one meter. Advantageously, by choosing a fixed size, in particular a meter, a center conductor can be assembled quickly and easily. Production technically, the choice of a fixed size, in particular 100 centimeters, has the advantage that molds for manufacturing a segment can be reused for a center conductor with a different size. As a result, the mold costs do not have to be written off on a work for placing a center conductor, so that a center conductor can be placed cost efficiently. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the end segment has an end segment length of one meter. Advantageously, by choosing a fixed size, in particular a meter, a center conductor can be assembled quickly and easily. The length dimension of the end segment is advantageously equal to the length dimension of the intermediate segment, in particular 100 cm. The mold for the intermediate segment can advantageously also be used for the manufacture of an end segment. Namely, in that case the end segment differs from the intermediate segment in that the intermediate segment has an abutment surface at both ends at both ends, while the end segment has a flank profile at one of the ends. By placing a mold partition in the mold for the manufacture of the intermediate segment, this mold can easily be adapted for the manufacture of a final segment. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the head segment is a prefabricated one-piece module. The head segment preferably has a width of 200 cm, 250 cm or 300 cm. Due to the limitation to these widths, production can efficiently provide a center conductor suitable for the most common traffic situations. In this width embodiment, the segments for forming the center conductor can be in one piece. Due to a limited length of the segments, preferably at most 200 cm, the weight of a segment can remain within a standard for a permitted hoistable weight. A further advantage is that a one-piece segment, instead of segment parts, can be provided with a reinforcement that only has to be designed and calculated once for several embodiments of center conductors. A further advantage of a prefabricated one-piece module is that a segment can be placed quickly, so that traffic inconvenience during installation is limited as much as possible. A prefab segment in one piece requires less maintenance because it is less susceptible to weed growth. A prefab segment also has the advantage that it can be removed relatively easily when needed, for example in the context of a cycling round, such as the Giro d’Italia, or the Tour de France. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, each segment comprises at least one anchor point at a predetermined position. The segment can be held in the mold using the anchor point. Preferably, each segment comprises two anchor points that are positioned on a fixed on. The fixed position of the anchor points in a mold for manufacturing the various segments advantageously increases the efficiency of production. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor comprises traffic engineering provisions such as traffic columns, reflectors or light points. The center conductor is advantageously suitable for indicating a traffic situation. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor is an axis-shifting center conductor. The center conductor can hereby serve to lower the speed of the passing traffic, because the center conductor ensures an axis displacement of the roadway. A center conductor on the roadway increases road safety. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor forms a boarding point for cyclists and pedestrians at a crossing point. In an embodiment of the center conductor according to the invention, the center conductor forms an emergency passage. Further preferred embodiments are laid down in the other sub-claims. The invention further relates to a package for assembling a center conductor according to the invention, wherein the package comprises a group of segments, the group of segments comprising a head segment, an intermediate segment and an end segment. Advantageously, the package is suitable for forming a center conductor which, in terms of dimensions, is suitable for frequently occurring traffic situations. The invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings represent a practical embodiment of the invention, which should not be considered in a limiting sense. Specific detail features can also be seen separately from the exemplary embodiment in general as being characteristic of the invention, wherein: FIG. 1 shows a schematic top view of a center conductor in three width dimensions, whereby different lengths of a center conductor can be provided depending on the application, wherein a total length is a multiple of half a meter by assembling the center conductor from a combination of a head segment, an intermediate segment and / or an end segment; Figure 1 shows a schematic plan view of a selection of length versions of center conductors 1 according to the invention. Each center conductor has a length that is a multiple of half a meter. The center conductors are modular in construction. A center conductor can be formed by a selection of at least one head segment KS, an intermediate segment TS and / or an end segment ES. A center conductor may be formed by a single head segment KS, a combination of a head segment KS with a end segment ES, or a combination of a head segment KS, a end segment ES and at least one intermediate segment TS. The center conductor can be formed by placing selected segments against each other. By assembling the center conductor from one or more segments, a desired total length dimension can easily be obtained. The modular construction of the center conductor according to the invention with a fixed dimension provides a production technical advantage. It is advantageous that molds required for manufacturing the segments can be used again and again to obtain center conductors with different dimensions. Figure 1 shows the center conductor in three width versions I-III. The center conductor has a width that is a multiple of half a meter. In a first width version I, the center conductor has a width of 200 cm. In a second width, version II, the center conductor has a width of 250 cm. In a third width version III, the center conductor has a width of 300 cm. The availability of these widths is favorable to be able to provide a center conductor for common situations. In these situations, one-piece segments with a width of 100 cm, 150 cm, 200 cm, 250 cm or 300 cm, respectively, will suffice. The invention advantageously provides a package for a selection from these widths. Figure 1 shows the center conductor 1 in six length versions A-F. The center conductor has a length that is a multiple of half a meter. The center conductor preferably has a length of at least 150 cm. In a first length version A, the center conductor has a length of 150 cm. In a second length version B, the center conductor has a length of 200 cm. In a third length version C, the center conductor has a length of 250 cm. In a fourth length version D, the center conductor has a length of 300 cm. In a fifth length version E, the center conductor has a length of 350 cm. In a sixth length version F, the center conductor has a length of 400 cm. As shown in Figure 1, the center conductor in the first and second length versions A, B is formed by only a head segment KS. The head segment KS has a length of 150 cm in the first length version A. In the second length version B, the head segment KS has a length of 200 cm. In the first and second length versions A, B, the head segment KS is provided with a chamfer that forms a flank profile "fp". The flank profile forms a transition from the center conductor to the roadway. As shown in Figure 1, the center conductor in the third and fourth length versions C, D is formed by a combination of a head segment KS and a end segment ES. In the third length version C, the head segment KS has a length of 150 cm and the end segment ES has a length of 100 cm. In the fourth length version D, the head segment KS has a length of 200 cm and the end segment ES has a length of 100 cm. The third and fourth length versions C, D comprise an end segment ES with the same length. The third and fourth length versions C, D comprise a head segment KS with a different length. The fourth length version D comprises a head segment KS which is half a meter longer than the head segment KS of the third length version C. The selection of the head segment KS thus determines the obtained total length dimension of the center conductor. The end segment ES, as shown in Fig. 1, viewed from a longitudinal plan view, an end-facing end face "av" that is parallel to a flank profile "fp" positioned at an opposite end-facing end. The landing surface "av" of the end segment ES serves to place the end segment against an intermediate segment TS or header segment KS. As Figure 1 shows, the center conductor 1 is formed at a desired length greater than 300 cm with an intermediate segment TS. The intermediate segment has a fixed length of 100 cm. When a total length with an integer number of meters, for example 3 m, 6 m or 9 m is desired, the center conductor is formed with a head segment with an length of an even number of half meters an integer number of meters, preferably 2 m. if a total length with an integer number of meters plus half a meter, for example 3.5 m, 6.5 m or 9.5 m is desired, then the center conductor is formed with a head segment with a length of an odd number of half meters, for example 1.5 m. A total length of a center conductor 1 is then obtained by combining the selected head segment KS with a suitable number of intermediate segments TS and a end segment ES. The intermediate segment TS with a fixed length, in particular every centimeter, has the advantage that the mold can be used to produce the intermediate segment for all desired lengths of center conductors, so that the costs for the mold can be spread over several works, a center conductor must be provided. In addition, the template for the intermediate segment TS can also be used for the production of an end segment ES if the end segment must have an equal length, in particular of 100 cm. In that case, the end segment ES differs from the intermediate segment TS in that an abutment surface av of the intermediate segment is replaced by a flank profile fp. By placing a mold partition in the mold for the manufacture of the intermediate segment TS, this mold can be easily adapted for the manufacture of a end segment ES. The intermediate segment is a figure 1 shown in a plan view and has a end end with a first contact surface in the longitudinal direction. The first contact surface serves to place the head segment against the intermediate segment. The intermediate segment has a second contact surface at an opposite end. The second landing surface serves to place the end segment against the intermediate segment. In the width direction, the intermediate segment has a flank profile on either side, which after transition from the intermediate segment forms a transition to the roadway. The flank profile provided on either side of the intermediate segment serves, for example, to compensate for the running of a tire of a vehicle against the center conductor. In addition to the embodiments shown in the figures, many variants are possible. Although this is not a preference, in a variant of the shown embodiment of the center conductor, the center conductor can be divided in the width direction. A center conductor may, for example, comprise a left-hand part and a right-hand part. Furthermore, a center conductor between the left-hand part and the right-hand part can comprise a middle part to obtain different width sizes. Preferably, the width dimension is in each case a multiple of half a meter. Thus, a center conductor, package and method is provided by the invention. The center guide has a length dimension and a width dimension. The center conductor is formed by at least one segment selected from a group of segments comprising a head segment, an intermediate segment and an end segment. The length of a segment is a multiple of half a meter, preferably 100 cm. A segment preferably has a segment length of at least 1 m and at most 2 m. The intermediate segment preferably has an intermediate segment length of one meter. A producer of the segments can produce the segments with a limited number of molds, so that the cost price per segment can be reduced. In addition, a producer can reuse existing molds for a center conductor with a different length dimension, so that mold costs can be spread over several works. The length dimension of the end segment is preferably equal to the length dimension of the intermediate segment, whereby the mold for the intermediate segment can also be used for the manufacture of an end segment, which is furthermore cost-reducing. The invention has been disclosed with reference to embodiments of the center conductor according to the invention.
